How do I contact Trend Creator?

What is Trend Creator's Privacy policy?

Can I buy online?

To date, our website only provide catalogue basis for your convenience of products browsing and decision-making. We are also favourably considering for e-commerce platform in the future. If you would like to receive information about our news and offers, be sure to join our mailing list for future updates.

 

Do you have showroom to view the furniture?

Trend Creator does not has any showroom to date and this is one of the reason we keep our products in a more competitive pricing. We do have selected items available for viewing at our partner's showrooms. You may Contact Us for complimentary furniture consultation.

Do I receive the same item as I see in the images displayed in website/catalogue?

Product Images posted in website / catalogue are not shown to actual size and actual product (sofa) could have approximately ± 5cm variation from the indicated sizes. Many of our products are handcrafted and used of natural materials, therefore, there could be slight variation in the colour of the products.

How long does it take for orders to be delivered?

Orders can be delivered within 14 working days. For customized item, delivery will take approximately 6-12 weeks depends on design and materials availability.

 

I don’t need my order to be delivered immediately. Can I order now?

Yes, you can place the order with us now and informed us the required delivery date upfront. However, orders must be received within 7 days once you are informed that your order is ready for delivery according to the arranged delivery schedule. Warehousing fees will apply for goods held beyond 7 days. 

 

How do I proceed with buying when you have no showroom or online purchase?

For Queries : If you are interested in our product or services; Feel free to visit us at our respective partner showrooms or Contact Us. We will have our friendly furniture designers to meet and go through with you on any queries.

For Ready Purchase : You may call in to our hotline to make the purchase. Our friendly sales representative will assist you accordingly.

 

What are the payment modes?

We accept Cash, Cheque and Bank Transfer.

For Cheque, please issue to "Trend Creator Pte. Ltd."

Bank Transfer to UOB Current Account, Account No. "3693084421"

 

Do you accept cash on delivery?

We do not accept cash-on-delivery. Full payment is required in order to confirm an order and schedule a delivery. If there is any outstanding payment due for your purchase, it is payable before the delivery of your purchase is scheduled.

How's your delivery arrangement?

Monday - Saturday, 10:00am - 08:00pm. Delivery schedule will be arranged and confirmed upon full payment is made. 

How do I reschedule my arranged delivery date?

We accept changes to the delivery date up to 48 hours before the stipulated delivery date. For rescheduling of delivery within 48 hours before the stipulated delivery, a restocking fee will apply. Please call or email us for reschedule request.

 

What should I do upon delivery?

Recipient is required to sign on the delivery order and your signature will be taken as proof of acknowledgement that the products were received in good and acceptable condition. Any defects or non-conformance observed must be notified to us immediately upon delivery and written down on the delivery order presented to you for signature. For any defect or non-conformance which may not be immediately apparent at the time of delivery, must be notified to us by no later than seven (7) days from the delivery date. If you do not wish to inspect the items upon delivery, it is deemed that the order is accepted by you in good order and condition. Any claim made after the delivery team has left your premise will not be entertained.

 

Can I cancel and get a refund for my order?

All orders are irrevocable and cannot be cancelled. In the event of any cancellation, your payment and/or deposit made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Can I exchange my item?

We accept exchanges for non-customized and regular priced products. All request for return or exchange of product must be made within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Customized items, indented (made-to-order) items, discounted items (sale/clearance, discounted items/bills) are not exchangeable. All exchanged items must be in in their original condition, undamaged,  unused original packaging with receipt(s) as proof of purchase. For product being exchanged, its value must be equivalent or higher value than the original purchase. No refunds will be provided if an item is exchanged for a lower priced product whereas you will require to top up the price difference if the exchanged product is at higher value.
